Returns
Returns are discretionary and considered on a case to case basis. Any accepted returns will be awarded Kompressor Kanada credit only.
No returns on Special Orders. In stock items returned subject to 25% restocking fee.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties only apply. Kompressor Kanada is not liable directly or in-directly for any product installed or used in any manner other than it was intended for.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Kompressor Kanada BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER IN ACTION OR UNDER CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. Under no circumstance, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Kompressor Kanada be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the information, materials or products contained in or purchased from this site. Further, Kompressor Kanada shall have no liability or responsibility for any delay in the delivery, installation or use of the products, as well as the service life of the products, performance, applicability for the use intended, proper installation, or the accuracy of information provided.
Kompressor Kanada remanufactured G-Lader Warranty
Kompressor Kanada warrants a remanufactured G-Lader against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days from the shipping date returned to the customer. This warranty is subject to correct installation and use under normal driving conditions. Under no circumstances will a G-Lader with the pulley removed be warrantied. KK may at it's discretion repair or replace defective G-Lader's but will not be held responsible for labour costs and/or auxiliary damages associated with improper installation or use. G-Laders with any pulley other than a 78mm are not eligible for warranty. Only pulleys that have been sealed by KK and not altered in any manor regardless of circumstance are eligible for warranty.
